Azar Nahamin Poulad Shargh Casting Industry was established in 2009 with the aim of producing steel parts and billets in the Binalood Industrial Park, located at kilometer 50 of the Mashhad-Neyshabur road, with a 2-ton induction furnace. The company initially produced steel parts for two years before launching a single-line continuous casting (CCM) process for billet production.
On 01/05/2019, following a change in shareholders and the establishment of new management, the company installed and commissioned a 1-ton induction furnace and carried out repairs and overhauls on other machines and equipment. Subsequently, it specialized in alloy billet production.
To advance its long-term objectives, in 2020, the company initiated the first phase of its expansion project, installing a 15-ton induction furnace and two continuous casting (CCM) lines. By November 2023, the expanded facility—covering an area of 8,500 square meters with a 3,500 square meter production space—was fully operational, enhancing capacity and product diversity to improve customer satisfaction.
Over the years, Azar Nahamin Poulad Shargh has leveraged the technical expertise of its specialists and experienced personnel, as well as advanced laboratory capabilities, earning its knowledge-based enterprise grade in mid-2022 and achieving an innovation title in early 2023. Additionally, relying on years of experience, its commercial division has successfully expanded into international markets, securing exports to neighboring countries alongside serving the domestic market.
This company began its operations in casting in 2009 under the management of Engineer Iman Feyz Azimi, after receiving its permit.
In this year, due to increased product demand, the company purchased pre-built industrial warehouses in Binalood Industrial Park and prepared to start operations in the area. However, this required major repairs and an overhaul of the existing production line, which continued for a year.
Simultaneously with the comprehensive repair and overhaul process of the existing old production line, which operated with a 2-ton furnace, the company’s specialists purchased and installed another furnace with a 1-ton capacity to diversify production. Following this, manufacturing activities resumed with greater intensity.
Now, with high-quality and diverse productions, the company was able to meet the demands of customers in various industries.
Azar Nahamin Group, relying on technical knowledge and years of experience in steel billet production, is now preparing to take a bigger step in expanding the company and its activities while continuing production at its facility. This year, the company has undertaken the purchase and installation of two 15-ton furnaces and two continuous casting (CCM) lines, simultaneously initiating the construction of new industrial warehouses at the new site.
Azar Nahamin Group had a structured plan to achieve the knowledge-based enterprise status, and this year, the official process to obtain this rank was initiated.
The efforts and follow-ups of the group finally bore fruit in 2022, and AZARNAHAMIN POOLAD e Shargh successfully obtained its knowledge-based enterprise certification.
Now, Azar Nahamin Poulad Shargh, relying on its experienced specialists, has prepared for another leap forward and has taken action to achieve the Innovator status.
In 2023, the group’s efforts led to achieving Innovator status. The company now operates with a 15-ton furnace set and two CCM lines, actively serving the industry while simultaneously planning future expansions.
