Description
St52 steel, also known as low-carbon manganese steel, belongs to the category of alloyed low-carbon steels, which are classified as structural steels for industrial applications. St52 steel was originally produced according to the DIN 17006 standard, which has now been discontinued and replaced by DIN EN 100271. The number following the letters “ST” indicates that the final yield strength of this steel is 5,200 kilograms per square centimeter. Similar to ST37, this steel also has a quality grading system ranging from 1 to 3 in its designation, with grade 3 being more widely used.
کاربردهای فولاد ST37
This type of steel can be used in various forms such as sheets, rebar, I-beams, angle bars, and different types of pipes. Its primary application is in the construction of steel frameworks and structures. The applications of St37 steel can be as follows:
- The application of St37 steel in sheet form.
ST37 sheet, also known as black sheet, is used for manufacturing steel sections such as profiles, rebar, I-beams, and angle bars. Additionally, black sheet itself is utilized in the automotive industry (car body), perforated sheets and mesh panels, building column plates, household appliances like refrigerators and washing machines, and the production of industrial machinery.
- The application of St37 steel in rebar.
St37 rebar has excellent mechanical properties and durability. This product is widely used in construction and road-building industries, machine parts, bridge and building frameworks, shipbuilding, pipe manufacturing, and components such as bolts, nuts, rods, and shafts.
- The application of St37 steel in angle bars.
This steel is produced in angle bar form in various grades. St37 angle bar is manufactured by pressing black sheet steel, with a thickness range of 2 to 6 millimeters, and is used in construction applications.
- The application of St37 steel in pipe form.
St37 pipe belongs to the category of carbon steel pipes. These products are used in building gas pipelines. Furniture pipes, also known as light pipes and oil pipes, can be made from St37 steel. Due to their lightweight nature, these pipes are used in industries such as automotive manufacturing, bicycle production, and furniture making. Welded pipes are also produced by rolling steel sheets through cold rolling rollers into a circular shape, and then the seam at the final bend of the sheet is welded using special techniques. St37 sheet can serve as the raw material for producing these pipes.
